The management of the G.A.S. S.r.l. human resources follows the procedures stated in the Quality Management and Quality Assurance System based on the European Norms UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. The procedure states the management of the personnel training, knowledge and experience through the usage of specific databases. The databases allow the continuous monitoring of the human resources management and then the continuous improvement of the system; in this way the human resources management is always fitted on the market and company requirements.

The company G.A.S. S.r.l. employs more than 150 people.
